Your Usage Plan: Email and SMS Credits

Every email, SMS, or push notification you send to your fans consumes part of the credits included in your plan. This screen tells you how many credits you have left, how much you’ve spent this month per channel, and when the counter renews.

In this guide you’ll see how to get to the screen and what each number means. About 2 minutes.

Click the circle with your initial that appears in the top right corner of any screen in the panel.

A panel unfolds with a quick summary: your plan’s name, your currently available balance, and the breakdown of this month’s sends per channel (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push).

In the Quick access section of the same menu, click Usage plan.

This opens the full screen with your consumption details.

The screen has two main blocks and a monthly history section.

Left block: remaining credits

The large number is the amount of credits you have left until the next renewal. The progress bar below shows how much you’ve consumed. The reset date tells you the exact day the counter goes back to zero.

Right block: equivalent to

Credits are a common currency that converts into different units depending on the channel:

  • One email credit is worth many more sends than one SMS credit, because the cost per SMS is higher.
  • WhatsApp appears as unlimited on the Enterprise plan: it doesn’t consume credits from your general balance.
  • Channels marked FREE (WhatsApp, AI, Chatbot) don’t subtract from your credit balance.

This month’s sends

This section shows the history for the current calendar month. The counter resets on the first day of each month, independent of your plan’s renewal date.

You now know where to check your consumption and how to interpret each number. If you need more credits before the plan renews, use the Buy credits button that appears in the user menu.
