Query and prepare email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns

How many times have you opened the dashboard just to check whether a campaign has been sent, or to look up the open rate of the last email? That thirty-second query ends up being five minutes of navigation.

With Nevent AI, the answer comes in one question. And if you need to prepare the next send, the assistant can put together the draft for you.

Sofía, community manager of a nightclub, schedules between two and three email campaigns a week. Before each send she reviews the results of the previous one to adjust the subject line and timing. She does it all from the chat without switching tabs.

Available in “Read-only” mode and above:

  • “Which campaigns sent this month had an open rate above 25%?”
  • “Show me the performance of the last email campaign — opens, clicks, unsubscribes and bounces”
  • “What status is the ‘Summer Night’ campaign in? Has it been sent yet?”
  • “List all campaigns in draft status”
  • “Compare the last three SMS campaigns by click rate”
  • “How many people unsubscribed from the last email?”
  • “What time of day has the best open rate across my last 10 campaigns?”
  • “Give me the full analysis of the ‘Season opening’ campaign with anomaly detection”

Read and prepare Available in Read and prepare mode or higher.

Beyond querying, the assistant can:

  • Create a campaign draft — specify the channel (email, SMS, WhatsApp), the target segment and the template, and the assistant builds the draft in your account
  • Schedule a send — give it the date and time and the assistant schedules the campaign (always with your explicit confirmation before scheduling)
  • Generate analysis and insights — the assistant detects anomalous patterns, compares with previous campaigns and suggests improvements

How Sofía uses it on a Wednesday afternoon

Section titled “How Sofía uses it on a Wednesday afternoon”

Sofía needs to prepare the Friday email for next week’s show.

“How did the last Friday email campaign go? I want open rate, clicks and unsubscribes”

The assistant returns the metrics for the last Friday send and compares them with the average of her last five campaigns.

“The open rate was 18%, lower than usual. Any anomalies detected?”

The assistant analyzes the campaign in depth: the subject line was longer than usual, the send time was 30 minutes later, and the segment included contacts who hadn’t opened in 60 days.

“Got it. Create an email draft for the show on Friday the 14th, using the ‘Active last 30 days’ segment and the ‘Weekly schedule’ template”

The assistant creates the draft in the Nevent account. Sofía reviews it in the panel and adjusts the subject line.

“Schedule that draft for Wednesday at 18:00”

The assistant asks for confirmation, Sofía confirms, and the campaign is scheduled.

The whole process: ten minutes. Before it took twice as long and she still skipped the step of reviewing previous performance.

  • It cannot edit the HTML content or design of an already-created campaign (that is done in the Nevent visual editor)
  • It cannot send campaigns instantly without explicit confirmation
  • It does not manage campaigns on external channels not integrated with Nevent (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.)
  • Creating multichannel campaigns in a single step (email + SMS + WhatsApp simultaneously) requires separate steps
