Plan and Billing Reference
This page describes the structure and content of Nevent’s Billing Center. It serves as a reference for what each tab contains, what data the system shows, and what actions are available. It doesn’t explain how to perform tasks step by step; see the area’s how-to guides for that.
How to access the Billing Center
Section titled “How to access the Billing Center”Path: Settings > Account and plan > Billing Center

The screen’s header shows the title “Billing Center” with the subtitle “Manage your billing details and check your invoices.”
Available tabs
Section titled “Available tabs”The Billing Center has five tabs. The tab active by default is Summary.

Summary tab
Section titled “Summary tab”Shows the general status of the subscription, historical spend, and the cancellation option.

Spending History block
Section titled “Spending History block”- Title: “SPENDING HISTORY”
- Subtitle: “Last 12 months. VAT included”
- Shows the accumulated spend for the last 12 months. If there’s no activity on the tenant, the text “No data” appears.
Cancel subscription block
Section titled “Cancel subscription block”- Title: “Cancel subscription”
- Informational text: “By cancelling, you’ll lose access to all premium features at the end of the cycle. Your data will stay secure for an additional 30 days.”
- Available action: “Cancel plan” button.
Payment method tab
Section titled “Payment method tab”The content of this tab hasn’t been explored in detail in the available sources. No fields or actions are described.
Packs tab
Section titled “Packs tab”Shows the credits included in the plan and the history of purchased additional packs.
Credits block
Section titled “Credits block”This block summarizes the status of the current month’s credit consumption.

When there are no active additional packs, the system shows the text “No active packs” and the “Buy pack” button.
My packs block
Section titled “My packs block”- Title: “My packs”
- Subtitle: “Full history of purchased packs.”
- Filter selector with two options: “Active only” (default value) and “Include history.”
- If no pack has been purchased, the text “You don’t have any packs purchased yet” appears.
Invoices tab
Section titled “Invoices tab”The content of this tab hasn’t been explored in detail in the available sources. No fields or actions are described.
Tax details tab
Section titled “Tax details tab”The content of this tab hasn’t been explored in detail in the available sources. No fields or actions are described.
Key data for the Enterprise plan (reference)

Credits renew every month. The detail of how many credits each action consumes (campaigns, SMS, push notifications, etc.) isn’t visible in the Billing Center; it’s shown on the plan usage screen, accessible from the user menu.
What this screen doesn’t show
Section titled “What this screen doesn’t show”The following data isn’t available in the Billing Center as observed:
- The credit cost of each type of action or channel.
- The plan comparison shown when pressing “Change plan” (action not explored).
- The price of additional credit packs (purchase action not explored).
- The breakdown of consumption by channel (email, SMS, push). That breakdown is on the plan usage screen, not here.
- The per-channel limits included in the Enterprise plan.
