Check Your Plan and Usage

In this tutorial you’ll go through Nevent’s Billing Center for the first time. By the end you’ll know where to check your active plan, how many credits you have available this month, and how to read the status of your additional credit packs.

You don’t need to make any changes. This is a read-only tour. About 3 minutes.

You need access to the Nevent panel with a role that allows viewing account settings. If you can log into the panel, you can follow this tutorial.

In the panel’s side menu, look at the bottom section and click Settings. Inside Settings, find the Account and plan group and click Billing Center.

You can also go there directly by typing /settings/billing at the end of your panel’s URL.

This opens the screen titled “Billing Center” with the subtitle “Manage your billing details and check your invoices.”

At the top you’ll see five tabs: Summary, Payment method, Packs, Invoices, and Tax details. The tab active by default is Summary.

Step 2: Review your plan in the Summary tab

Section titled “Step 2: Review your plan in the Summary tab”

The Summary tab is the first one you see when you open the Billing Center.

Here you’ll find the Current subscription block with three main pieces of information:

  • Your plan’s name, for example Enterprise Plan.
  • The subscription’s status, shown as Active when the plan is current.
  • The monthly price, for example 250.00 EUR / month.

With these three pieces of data you can confirm at a glance that your plan is active and how much it costs you per month.

Right below appears the Spending History block, with the subtitle “Last 12 months. VAT included.” If your account is new or hasn’t had any billing activity yet, you’ll see the message “No data.” Once there are invoices, this block will show the spend from the last twelve months.

Step 3: Check your credits in the Packs tab

Section titled “Step 3: Check your credits in the Packs tab”

Click the Packs tab (third option in the tab bar, URL /settings/billing?tab=credit-packs).

This tab has two sections: the Credits block and the My packs block.

The Credits block shows three lines of information:

  • Active packs, indicating how many additional credit packs you currently have contracted. If you haven’t bought any, you’ll see “0 active packs.”
  • Available credits, which adds up the credits included in your plan plus any active additional pack. For example, “2,000 available credits.”
  • The source description, explaining where those credits come from. On an Enterprise plan with no additional packs, it shows “Enterprise Plan . this month.”

Below those lines you’ll see the consumption bar for the current month. The format is consumed / total . percentage. For example, “0 / 2,000 credits . 0%” indicates you haven’t consumed anything this month.

The My packs block shows the history of credit packs you’ve purchased. It has a selector with two options: Active only and Include history.

If you haven’t bought any pack, you’ll see the message “You don’t have any packs purchased yet.”

In this tour you’ve located the two main screens of the usage area:

  • The Summary tab, which confirms your plan’s name, status, and price, and shows the spending history for the last twelve months.
  • The Packs tab, which details the month’s available credits, their source, and the history of additional packs.

With this information you can check at any time that your plan is active and how many credits you have available before launching a campaign.
