How long does it take for data to appear after a sale?
Section titled “How long does it take for data to appear after a sale?”Purchase and access data has a latency of under 5 minutes. Aggregated metrics by event or period are updated daily. Campaign and attribution metrics are updated several times per day.
Can I export my data to CSV or Excel?
Section titled “Can I export my data to CSV or Excel?”Yes. All results tables in Nevent are exportable to CSV and Excel with a single click. The export respects the filters and dimensions you have applied.
Can I connect Looker, Metabase or Power BI to Nevent?
Section titled “Can I connect Looker, Metabase or Power BI to Nevent?”Yes, via the Nevent data API or through scheduled exports. Direct integration with BI tools requires technical configuration by the promoter’s development team.
Does Nevent have sales forecasting?
Section titled “Does Nevent have sales forecasting?”Not currently. Demand forecasting for future events and dynamic pricing recommendations are on the roadmap but are not available in the current version.
How long does Nevent retain my historical data?
Section titled “How long does Nevent retain my historical data?”Data retention depends on each promoter’s contract. The typical period is 24 to 36 months. Contact your account manager if you need longer retention.
Can other promoters see my data?
Section titled “Can other promoters see my data?”No. Nevent has a multi-tenant architecture with complete isolation. Each account can only access its own data.
What is the difference between campaign metrics and paid media metrics?
Section titled “What is the difference between campaign metrics and paid media metrics?”Campaign metrics cover owned channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp). Paid media metrics cover paid channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Both can be viewed together in a unified attribution view.
Can I see metrics in real time during a ticket launch?
Section titled “Can I see metrics in real time during a ticket launch?”Yes. Purchase data has a latency of under 5 minutes, enabling near-real-time monitoring during a launch or active campaign.
How do I know if my emails are landing in the inbox or in spam?
Section titled “How do I know if my emails are landing in the inbox or in spam?”Use Nevent’s deliverability metrics: inbox placement rate, sender reputation and spam complaint rate. If inbox placement falls below 85%, your emails are being filtered. Also see Google Postmaster Tools for additional monitoring.
Can I compare this month with last month?
Section titled “Can I compare this month with last month?”Yes. Nevent’s time filters include a comparison with the previous period: same month last year, previous quarter, etc. The result is shown in the same table with a percentage change column.
Can I see metrics broken down by channel?
Section titled “Can I see metrics broken down by channel?”Yes. Channel is one of the available analysis dimensions. You can break down any metric by channel or compare them in the same view.
Is there a limit on how many metrics I can query?
Section titled “Is there a limit on how many metrics I can query?”No query limit. For very heavy analyses with large data volumes, the system may indicate the estimated query time before running — particularly useful when accessing via API.
Can I see the LTV of each individual fan?
Section titled “Can I see the LTV of each individual fan?”Yes, in each contact’s profile within the platform. In aggregated analytics you can see the average LTV for segments or your entire base.
What happens to a fan’s data when they unsubscribe?
Section titled “What happens to a fan’s data when they unsubscribe?”The fan is added to the suppression list and Nevent stops sending them commercial communications. Their historical data is retained for the promoter’s internal analysis, in compliance with GDPR.
Can I use Nevent to create monthly performance reports?
Section titled “Can I use Nevent to create monthly performance reports?”Yes. Select any full calendar month with the time filters and export to CSV or Excel. You can also request the report directly through the AI assistant with a plain-language question.
