Nevent AI connects your events CRM to Claude and ChatGPT so you can query and manage your data in plain language — without opening the admin panel, without exporting spreadsheets and without hunting through menus.

What MCP is (without the jargon)

MCP stands for “Model Context Protocol” — an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude or ChatGPT connect to external systems and read or modify data in real time.

Think of it as a connector. Just like you connect Slack with Google Calendar to get reminders, Nevent AI connects your events CRM to the AI assistant. When you ask a question about your campaigns or your audience, the assistant queries the Nevent data in that moment and gives you an up-to-date answer.

You don’t need to know how to code to use it. The connection is set up in a couple of clicks.

How to connect it

There are two ways to use Nevent AI:

Recommended option — no installation. Add https://mcp.nevent.ai/mcp as a connector in Claude.ai or ChatGPT. Nevent manages the entire server. You just authenticate with your Nevent account and you’re done.

Local option — for technical users. Install the mcp-nevent package on your machine and connect it with your JWT key. Useful if you’re building integrations or prefer full control. See the developers section.
