Check the health of your email sends

An email that doesn’t reach the inbox is like a campaign that was never launched. Most deliverability problems are detected too late: when the open rate has already dropped, when bounces have accumulated, or when the domain starts being flagged as spam.

With Nevent AI you can do a quick check before each important send. Two questions and you know whether your domain is properly configured and whether there are any warning indicators to review.

Carlos, venue manager, does a quick check every time he’s about to send a campaign to more than 5,000 contacts. It takes him three minutes and has saved him more than one problem.

Available in “Read-only” mode and above:

  • “Is my sending domain validated and configured correctly?”
  • “How many suppressions have we accumulated in the last 30 days and what are the reasons?”
  • “Is this month’s bounce rate within normal limits?”
  • “How many spam suppressions did we have in the last send?”
  • “What is the suppression trend over the last three months? Is it going up or down?”
  • “How many contacts are currently suppressed due to hard bounces in my list?”

Read-only Deliverability tools are read-only. The assistant reports and alerts, but domain management and list cleaning are done from the Nevent panel.

The assistant can:

  • Review domain status — DNS validation, warm-up status, possible alerts
  • Summarize suppressions — total accumulated, breakdown by reason (bounce, spam, manual unsubscribe) and 30-day trend
  • Alert if there are risk indicators — if the spam suppression rate exceeds 0.1% or hard bounces are above 2%, the assistant flags it

Carlos is about to send the season presale campaign to his full database: 8,200 contacts. Before scheduling it, he does a quick check.

“Is my sending domain validated and are there any active alerts?”

The assistant confirms the domain is validated and there are no active alerts.

“How many suppressions did we have last month and for what reason?”

The assistant returns the summary: 340 suppressions, of which 280 are soft bounces, 45 hard bounces and 15 spam complaints.

“Is the 15 spam complaints normal for my history?”

The assistant compares with the previous three months. The current rate is slightly above average but within the normal range.

“Is the suppression trend going up or down compared to the last three months?”

The assistant shows the monthly progression. The trend is stable, with no concerning spikes.

Carlos confirms he can send without risk. The campaign is scheduled.

  • It cannot delete suppressed contacts or clean the list from the chat
  • It does not manage DNS domain configuration (that requires access to the panel and domain provider)
  • It does not have deliverability data for campaigns sent outside of Nevent
