Ticketing and cashless integrations reference

This page gathers all the integration providers available in Nevent at the time of writing this guide, the category each one belongs to and the exact credential the connection form asks for.

Use it as a quick reference before connecting a data source, so you know in advance what you need to have on hand.

ProviderCategoryWhat you need to connect it
OneboxTicketingClient secret
FourvenuesTicketingChannel Manager API and Integrations API
EnterticketTicketingUsername and password

DICETicketingAPI Token
CASFIDCashlessAuthentication token and event mapping (CASFID event ID linked to a Nevent event ID)

Ticketing. These are the ticket-selling providers: Onebox, Fourvenues, Enterticket, Covermanager, DICE, XCEED and Fever. When you connect them, Nevent brings the sales and attendee data generated on each one into your audience.

Cashless. CASFID belongs to this category. It syncs consumption transactions within the venue (balance top-ups, payments with a cashless wristband or card), not ticket sales. It also requires an extra configuration step: mapping each CASFID event to its corresponding event in Nevent.

Go to Settings → Integrations. There you’ll see two tabs:

  • Integrations: shows your organisation’s active connections and, through the Add integration button, the full catalogue of available providers.
  • API Tokens: manages tokens for authenticating requests to Nevent’s API or webhooks. It’s not related to connecting a ticketing platform; it’s for custom integrations your technical team builds against Nevent.
