What data each integrated ticketing provider sends

También llamado: ticketing platform, ticketing integration, API link, integration

This page summarizes, provider by provider, what information reaches your Nevent audience when you connect a ticketing provider or a cashless integration.

Use it to know in advance what you will be able to segment and what not yet, depending on who sells your tickets.

The "Add integration" window in Settings → Integrations with the catalog of available providers: Enterticket, Covermanager, DICE, Fourvenues, Onebox and CASFID, each with its "Configure" button

The only confirmed fact about abandoned carts

Section titled “The only confirmed fact about abandoned carts”

Today, of the providers in this table, only Fever sends the abandoned cart event to Nevent. XCEED does not send it. For the other providers we do not yet have confirmation of whether they send it: it shows as “Not confirmed” until it is verified case by case.

If your ticketing provider is not on the list

Section titled “If your ticketing provider is not on the list”

If your ticketing provider does not appear in the table above, that does not mean you cannot use Nevent. See the guide How to move forward if your ticketing platform isn’t integrated to learn how to import your contacts in the meantime and how to request the integration you are missing.
