Paid Media reference
This page collects, in tables, all the reference information for the Paid Media area: platforms the module aggregates, global panel metrics, available filters, campaign states, campaign objectives and table columns. This isn’t a step-by-step guide; for that, see the how-to pages in this area.
Aggregated platforms
Section titled “Aggregated platforms”Nevent centralizes campaigns from the following three platforms. The data comes from the ad accounts connected to your organization.
| Platform | Description |
|---|---|
| Meta | Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns managed from Meta Ads Manager. |
| TikTok | TikTok Ads campaigns managed from TikTok Ads Manager. |
| Google Ads campaigns managed from Google Ads. |
Nevent doesn’t create ads. Ads are always created and edited on their corresponding source platform.
Global panel metrics
Section titled “Global panel metrics”The panel header shows four indicators for the selected period and platform. Each indicator includes the percentage change versus the previous period.
| Metric | Definition |
|---|---|
| Spend | Total ad investment in euros for the selected period and platform. |
| Results | Total number of results obtained. The type of result depends on each campaign’s objective (it can be clicks, visits, leads or conversions). |
| Cost per result | Total spend divided by the number of results. Shows how much it costs on average to get one result. |
| ROAS | Return on Ad Spend. Attributed revenue divided by spend. A ROAS of 5 means that for every euro invested, five euros of revenue are attributed. It only appears when the platform returns revenue data; otherwise it shows as dashes (—). |
Panel filters
Section titled “Panel filters”The filters are available in the bar between the metrics header and the campaign table. Changing any filter updates the indicators and the table.
| Filter | Available options | Default value |
|---|---|---|
| Period | 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, Maximum, Custom range | 7 days |
| Platform | Meta, TikTok, Google | Meta |
| Campaign status | All, Active, Paused | All |
| Name search | Free-text field | (empty) |
Campaign states
Section titled “Campaign states”| State | Description | Behavior in the table |
|---|---|---|
| Active | The campaign is serving ads and generating real-time data. | Metric columns show numeric values. |
| Paused | The campaign is temporarily stopped and generates no new data. | Metric columns show dashes (—). |
| Archived | The campaign is historical. Neither active nor paused. | Metric columns show dashes (—). |
Paused and archived campaigns generate no spend or results during the time they stay in that state, so their columns appear empty in the panel.
Campaign objectives
Section titled “Campaign objectives”The objective indicates what result the campaign is meant to achieve. Nevent shows the objective exactly as defined by the source platform.
| Objective | Description |
|---|---|
| Awareness | Maximize the number of people who see the ad (impressions and reach). |
| Traffic | Drive people to a URL, such as an event’s ticket sales page. |
| Lead generation | Capture contact details from people interested in the event. |
| Sales | Get direct conversions, such as the purchase of a ticket or a product. |
Campaign table columns
Section titled “Campaign table columns”The table columns are configurable via the “Visible columns” selector. The following are the columns visible by default.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| PLAT. | Icon of the campaign’s source platform (Meta, TikTok or Google). |
| CAMPAIGN | Campaign name as it appears on the source platform. |
| STATUS | Current campaign status: Active, Paused or Archived. |
| OBJECTIVE | Campaign objective (see the objectives table). |
| SPEND | Investment in euros for the selected period. |
| IMPR. | Impressions: number of times the campaign’s ads were shown to users. |
| REACH | Number of unique people who saw at least one ad from the campaign. |
| CLICKS | Number of clicks on the campaign’s ads. |
| CTR | Click-through rate. Percentage of impressions that resulted in a click. |
| RESULTS | Number of results obtained according to the campaign’s objective. |
| COST/RESULT | Spend divided by the number of results. |
| ROAS | Return on Ad Spend for that campaign in the selected period. Shows as dashes (—) when no data is available. |
Paused or archived campaigns show dashes (—) in every metric column.
Data refresh indicator
Section titled “Data refresh indicator”The panel includes an indicator showing how long ago the data was synced from the source platforms (for example, “19 min ago”).
