Manage multiple Nevent accounts from a single conversation

If you work for multiple promoters or manage different events under separate brands, you know what it involves: sign in, sign out, open another account, find the data, come back. With Nevent AI, you can switch accounts with a single instruction within the same conversation.

No need to close and reopen the chat. You tell the assistant to switch to promoter X, and all subsequent queries use that promoter’s data.

Lucía is marketing director at an agency managing four different promoters. Every Monday she prepares the weekly summary for all her clients. With Nevent AI, she does it in a single session without jumping between tabs.

Available if your Nevent access includes more than one account:

  • “Which accounts do I have available in my Nevent access?”
  • “Switch to the ‘Vigo Jazz Festival’ promoter”
  • “Which account am I working in right now?”
  • “Go back to my main account”

Read-only Account switching is a session operation. It does not create or modify data.

The assistant can:

  • List accessible accounts — shows all the promoters or festivals you have access to with your Nevent user
  • Switch the active account — from that point on, all queries use the data of the selected promoter
  • Return to the origin account — especially useful after reviewing several clients’ accounts

Lucía manages four promoters: a jazz festival, a concert venue, a B2B trade fair and a nightclub. Every Monday she prepares the weekly summary for each one.

“Which accounts do I have available?”

The assistant lists the four accessible accounts by name.

“Switch to the Vigo Jazz Festival”

The assistant confirms the switch and from here works with the festival’s data.

“How many tickets did they sell last week and what’s the pace compared to last year?”

Festival data.

“Switch to Sala Apolo Madrid”

The assistant switches accounts.

“How many email campaigns were sent this week and what was the average open rate?”

Concert venue data.

Lucía repeats the process for the other two clients and in twenty minutes has the summary for all four. Previously it took more than an hour opening and closing sessions.

  • It cannot run the same query across all accounts simultaneously; you need to switch accounts and ask one at a time
  • Access to other promoters’ accounts depends on the permissions configured in Nevent; if you don’t have access to an account, the assistant can’t access it either
  • It cannot create data in one account while another account is active
