# Who opened and clicked your campaign?

This guide explains how to see the individual list of recipients and filter them by their level of interaction: who opened, who clicked, who bounced. About 3 minutes.

## Before you start

You need at least one campaign in **Sent** status. If you haven't launched one yet, follow [How to create your first campaign](/en/campaigns/create-your-first-campaign/) first.

## Step 1: Open the Interaction section

In the side menu, click **My campaigns**, then the name of a sent campaign.

Inside the report, click **Interaction** in the left-hand menu.

You'll see a table with all the campaign's recipients: name and email address.

## Step 2: Filter by interaction type

At the top right of the table there's a dropdown selector. By default it's set to **All**.

Click it to see the available options.

The options are:

- **All:** shows all recipients of the send.
- **Queued:** those left in queue but not yet processed.
- **Delivered:** those who received the email correctly.
- **Opened:** those who opened the email at least once.
- **Clicked:** those who clicked a link in the email.
- **Bounced:** those who didn't receive the email due to a delivery error.
- **Unsubscribed:** those who unsubscribed as a result of this send.

## Step 3: See the list of contacts who opened

Select **Opened** from the dropdown.

The table updates and shows only the contacts who opened the email. The number at the bottom of the page matches the "Opened" figure in the summary.

You can search for a specific contact using the search field by name or email.

## How to use this list to improve your next campaigns

The list of contacts who opened or clicked is your most engaged audience. They're the fans who respond most to your messages.

With that list you can:
- Create a segment in Nevent with your most active contacts to send them exclusive offers or early access.
- Exclude people who never open from your next campaign, to improve your overall open rate.
- Spot patterns: if the same profiles always open, you understand your core audience better.

:::tip[Tip]
Filter by "Bounced" to detect email addresses that no longer work and clean up your list before your next send. You can cross-check that list with the [Deliverability](/en/campaigns/report/bounces/) section to see the detail of each type of bounce.
